Monday, October 31st, 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.  - TRICK OR TREAT WITH TANGEROO. ”Young ghosts, ghouls and goblins are invited to join us on Halloween for safe Trick-or-Treating with Tangeroo from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. Tangeroo will be on the plaza near Carters to welcome families to the event.  Be sure to start at the Tanger tent where we will give the first 500 kids (12 and under) a Tanger trick-or-treat bag filled with goodies. Mom and Dad accompanying the ghouls will receive bounce-back coupons, and a FREE center-wide coupon book. Parents, be sure you enter our prize drawing at the Tanger table for a chance to win gift cards to your favorite brand name outlet stores!  Face painters will also be on-site from 3:30 to 5:30 to paint kids’ faces free of charge!”
