Film: Redwood Highway with Q&A

The Park City Film Series presents  Redwood Highway on May 1st (Wed.) at 7pm. Tickets are available at the door: $7/general and $5/ seniors and students. A Q&A will follow the screening with producer and screenwriter James Twyman.

About the film: Living in a comfortable retirement community in Southern Oregon, estranged from her family, unsatisfied with her surroundings, and generally not happy about life, Marie decides to journey 80 miles by foot to the coast of Oregon to see the ocean for the first time in 45 years. The Park City Film Series is having a movie poster sale from all the films they’ve featured over the years. Posters start at just $5. Buy a poster and help out your local nonprofit at the same time! It’s happening at the 1255 Park Avenue, Room 205 (in the Library Building & home of our theater, the Jim Santy Auditorium) and goes to 2pm today.

Cool Event: Food Film and French Dinner!

Tonight is a the starting night of the Slow Food Park City Food and Film Weekend. That’s a mouthful! (Pun intended). We’re are so excited for this event.  The show starts at the Park City Library at 7pm, followed by a French dinner at Chez Betty.  Call (435) 649-8181 to make your reservations for tonight!
