Park City CSA’s and Utah Local Food Resources
As promised back in the Cooking with Winter Produce article, here is a list of Utah local food producers and Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA’s, in and around Park City. This list was taken from the handout provided by Slow Food Park City.
A Lyttle Goodness | Organic granola, hummus and handmade bars in Park City using local ingredients.
Canyon Meadows Ranch | Family-operated cattle ranch in Altamont, Utah raising grass fed beef.
Heritage Valley Poultry | Raising naturally fed chicken, turkey and duck.
Jacob’s Cove | Local, biodynamic fruits and vegetables with two pickup locations in Park City.
Kiler Grove Winegrowers | Handcrafted, single-estate wines with a tasting room in South Salt Lake.
Liberty Heights Fresh | Committed to local and regional family farms. CSA pickup at Swaner EcoCenter.
Morgan Valley Lamb | Premium, locally raised lamb. Retail outlets in Salt Lake with summer sales in Park City.
Red Bicycle Breadworks | Six varieties of artisan bread made in Park City. Sold at The Market at Park City.
Snowy Mountain Sheep Creamery | Artisan cheese, pasture-fed lamb meat, and fleeces for spinning artisans.
Summit County Beef | Grass-fed beef from Summit County ranches. Available direct or at The Market at Park City.
Zoe’s Garden | Heirloom produce and animals raised without chemicals. CSA pickup at Recycle Center.
The following are CSAs and local food producers are only available seasonally.
Bell Organic Farms | Certified organic vegetables, eggs, honey, beef, fruit and cheese. CSA runs May-Nov.
Copper Moose Farm | Certified organic, practicing biodynamic vegetables. Located right in Park City.
East Farms | Fourth generation vegetable farm out of Davis County. CSA pickup at Canyons Market Wednesdays.
Flying Fish Company | Sustainable seafood, available at Canyons Farmers Market Wednesdays.
Ranui Gardens | Family-owned farm in Summit County, specializing in cool weather crops & other vegetables.
Sadees’ Pride | Uses Econsystem Mimicry to produce over 200 of the most nutritious fruits, vegetables and grains.
Tagge’s Famous Fruit |Located in Perry, Utah, and offering a variety of fruit, vegetables and berries.
